ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We offer refund/exchange/credit on full-priced items (sale/promotion products excluded unless faulty) 

Please ensure you meet the following requirements: 

  • Items purchased using a credit note are ONLY eligible for an exchange, NOT a refund. 
  • The items are received back within 15 days of receiving your order. 
  • The items are in original condition i.e. tags attached, unworn, unwashed
  • Credits: applied via a code - this code is only active for 12 months.
  • Due to hygienic regulations we do NOT refund or exchange any Earrings. Jewellery needs to be returned in original packaging, unused and in the same condition. 

Please follow the following steps to MAKE A RETURN

  1. Fill in your an exchange slip (in original condition & tag attached) post it back. Your returns form can be downloaded HERE.
  2. Order adjustment period is 15 Days from the day you received your order.
  3. We only accept returns on full price items. 
  4. Please allow 3-4 days for your return to be delivered back to us. 

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping.
